- 12 weeks of programming
- Challenging sessions 4 days a week, lasting 45 - 75 minutes a day
- Additional movement & conditioning weekend workout - 5 Days
- Covers all elements of fitness, including barbell work, free weights, core and rotational focuses
Periodised program focusing on foundational strength with a clear golf focus, transitioning in the later stages of the program to power and speed based work to get you prepared for the new season like never before - unreal performance.
