3 Starting levels:

Beginner - Designed to take you from where you are now to where you want to be! Our beginners program brings you into the world of golf fitness with developmental workouts designed to increase all aspects of fitness and directly benefit your golf swing. Our workouts will complement your lifestyle as will your Nutritional Framework. This is an incredible way to get your game and your body headed in the right direction and with full swing coaching also included via video lesson, you will see a full transformation Month by Month,Week by Week.

Player - For the golfer who knows their game, already hits the gym and fuels there body pretty well but know they have a huge amount of progress ahead of them. Workouts will step up a level building specific power and speed patterns as well as global strength and movement quality all whilst dialling in your nutrition with specific timings, macros and types of foods. If you're serious about taking your game up a level or two, LETS GO.

Athlete - For the player who is absolutely committed to being the best they can be on a daily basis. Workouts will be programmed to allow for tournament schedules, swing changes and different phases of performance. Swing coaching is available however if the player is already working with a coach, the GOLFWOD team will work with the coach and feedback all physical changes and adaptations to help further the individuals development. Nutrition can be as specific as the player chooses and will be focused on maximising performance every round, every range session, gym session whilst matching the tricky lifestyle.

Our workouts will always be periodised, directly benefit performance and are PGA Tour validated.

Your nutritional framework can be based around total calories, macro calculations, specific timings, any food type, basically every factor you want to take into account will be taken into account. 

All swing coaching will be carried out by Michael, a Class A PGA Professional who runs his own academy and has countless students globally.

Both nutrition and technical work with have set fortnightly check ins and any changes can and will be made.

All other performance factors like sleep, recovery & supplementation etc will also be covered during your work with our team.

There will always be unlimited support from the GOLFWOD staff on all areas of performance via all channels of contact.

Questions

Do i need a gym membership?

No. There are 3 programming options to choose from: Full Gym Access, Home Gym Limited Equipment & Minimal Equipment to help you get this done wherever you're starting out.

What can i expect over the 6 months?

Gains! We will work with you on all aspects of performance to give you every tool needed to help you make the changes you desire. Technically we will help you create a more powerful and efficient swing. In the gym we will get you hitting workouts that are challenging, engaging and directly beneficial to your game as well as your health. Create a nutritional framework that fits your lifestyle, creates your desired body composition and gives you ultimate confidence in what you're diet looks like.

Will i fall behind if i miss a week?

A full week... No, just pick up where you left off to make sure you hit each phase of the program.

What do the workouts look like and how long do they take?

Throughout the 6 months we will work through different phases of development all designed to help you become the best athlete you can be no matter you're starting point. Each workout will tend to be between 60-90 minutes with options and coaching for movement patterns and how to reduce the time if needed.

What if i can't do the movements prescribed or the work load is too hard?

The GOLFWOD team is on hand at all times and coaching will be given on how to execute on the workouts. Each session can be scaled to your level fitness and increase over time meaning we all hit the same stimulus, get the same challenge but each work to our own level. And if you're not 100% on your movement quality etc just get in touch, you have full online support at all times.

Do i have to eat a certain way?

No. We will work with you taking into account preferences, intolerances, lifestyle factors etc to create the most impactful but achievable and enjoyable nutritional framework possible to achieve your goals.

I already have a swing coach, do i have to use the online coaching?

No again, but we can still help in a big way. If your with a golf coach you're happy with thats great, we can feedback our physical assessments, changes etc directly to the coach so they can then act on your swing with the best knowledge base possible.
