What you need:
- Experience - this is a challenging program so prior fitness exposure is recommended.
- Close to a full gym setup - Barbell and or Dumbbells/Kettlebells, Med Balls as a minimum. Ideally also includes Plyo Box, Exercise Bands, free weight options.
