An inspiration to many, Scott Stallings is a three time PGA Tour winner and one the best players in the game. Scott also recently underwent an amazing fitness transformation. Suffering from chronic fatigue and poor health, Scott decided to make a change. More time in the gym, a close eye on nutrition and an overall commitment to be just that little bit better than yesterday has led to dramatically positive results. *Scott Stallings Beginners Golf Fitness Challenge is designed to use minimal equipment and simple movement patterns. The above equipment is ideal, however if you only have some of it, you can make the program work with a little adjustment.
