Who is this program for?
Golfers looking to move faster, explode out of the ground and hit some workouts with zero equipment! This is our second level program that requires zero equipment and but now includes explosive and plyometric movements to power up your body and your game! Each day will focus on flexibility, challenging bodyweight movements, rotation and explosive jumps whilst improving your overall fitness.
