Carly Booth

A proven winner on the Ladies European Tour, Major competitor and all round incredible Athlete, Carly is an incredible addition to the GOLFWOD Team.

2012 was a great year for Carly she took her first professional title at the Dinard Ladies Open, part of the LET Access Series, followed directly by her first win on the main Ladies European Tour at the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open. She quickly followed this victory with another at the Deutschebank Ladies Swiss Open and finished 5th on the Order of Merit.


Carly has qualified for two majors, the Women’s British Open and the US Women’s Open. She also kicked off the 2013 season with a photo shoot for ESPN The Body, which was very well received and has considerably grown her profile in the USA. Carly is a fierce opponent, who loves the winners circle and recently returned to it by securing victory in the 2019 Tipsport Czech Ladies Open, her first tour victory for 7 years.

In the gym? How about super high level gymnastic ability?! You know it - as well as being one of the best Athletes on the LET and boasting incredible golf performance, Carly also some serious Gymnastic ability - Backflips anyone? Check out all her socials to see it for yourself.

Scott Stallings

A 3 Time Winner on the PGA Tour, Scott is one of the best players in the Game! You don't win at Torrey Pines against an incredible field without having serious game!

Over the last few years, there has also been huge focus on Scott's health and fitness. He is now, in most peoples eyes The Fittest on Tour!

But it wasn't always like that. Just a few years ago Scott was struggling with his health - overweight, low energy and facing real issues - he then decided to make one small decision each and everyday to get better.

With consistency, hard work and constant learning, Scott not only improved his health, he is now the role model to show exactly whats possible.

And that is a huge part of what the GOLFWOD Team is about - we want to deliver the workouts, inspiration and knowledge for you to make the changes you want for your life and your game. Be DRVN.

More than a decade's worth of hard work, learning and experience has allowed me to create the most complete and challenging golf fitness and performance program available. We're unique in what we offer and the results are clear to see. 

I'm passionate about helping as many people as possible to be healthier, fitter and stronger on and off the golf course. I believe good nutrition, fitness and better movement quality can lead to a better quality of life, and ultimately, improve your golf performance.
